Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, email us at info@kevanni.com within 14 days and include your order number and a clear message that you wish to return the product.

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@kevanni.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund. We will cover return shipping costs in these cases. As our products are limited editions, replacements may not always be possible. If not, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to the nature of art production are not considered defects.
